Welcome to ZenPC! By booking a service, you agree to the following terms:
Services & Scope
ZenPC offers computer support, diagnostics, and optimization services both in-person and remotely.
Services include but are not limited to: system cleanup, malware removal, hardware diagnostics, backup setup, and performance optimization.
All services are performed with care, using trusted tools and best practices.
Flat-Rate Pricing & Payment
All services are billed at a flat rate based on the type of service selected. Rates are listed under services section.
Payment is due upon completion of service.
Accepted payment methods: Cash, Zelle, Venmo
No-Fix Policy
If an issue cannot be resolved due to hardware failure, third-party limitations, or other conditions outside of ZenPC’s control, a flat no-fix fee of $59 will be charged.
This fee covers the time, travel, effort, and professional diagnosis provided during the appointment.
ZenPC does not guarantee the resolution of all issues. Some problems may require replacement hardware, unsupported software, or manufacturer intervention. ZenPC will make a reasonable effort to diagnose and address each issue, but cannot ensure success in every scenario.
Data & Liability
Clients are strongly encouraged to back up all important data before service. ZenPC is not responsible for data loss.
Device access—remote or in-person—is conducted securely and strictly for the purpose of fulfilling requested services.
Service is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. ZenPC does not offer guarantees on performance, longevity, or future stability of repaired or optimized systems.
Software Licensing
ZenPC does not provide or install pirated or unlicensed software. Clients are responsible for supplying valid licenses when needed.
Legal
Customer agrees to release ZenPC, its owner, and any affiliates from any liability for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, hardware malfunction, software failure, or business disruption that may occur during or after service.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising shall be handled within the jurisdiction of Tarrant County, Texas.
By requesting service, the Customer acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Appointments & Availability
Appointments are available Monday–Friday, from 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM.
